Through Unity We Rise

This is a 6 month journey to reclaim and build upon your inner essence and power.

In this space we’ll come as sisters, to consciously explore, expand and ascend to a self empowered place together.

The programme includes:

Bi-weekly calls including opening and closing ceremony. Each session will last an hour to an hour and a half and will include coaching, teaching and/or embodiment.  The calls will all be on a Tuesday at 7.30pm BST

Monthly easily accessible self inquiry journal prompts based on the monthly theme.

A whole library of video content and resources to support your growth over the next 6 months.  Access instantly following sign up.

This is where so much magic happens in between sessions!  We use this voice note/ text app to communicate regularly with each other – to share celebrations and challenges.  Receive my guidance in this space alongside support and reflections within sisterhood.
